I. Sovereign Compact

HAVEN is a private membership collective operating as a Private Membership Association (PMA). By joining, you affirm your status as a sovereign adult who accepts full personal responsibility for how you use all information, tools, and services accessible through this platform. HAVEN does not act as a moral gatekeeper. Knowledge is neutral. How it is applied is solely your responsibility.

II. Private Domain

HAVEN operates in the private domain. Its services are membership benefits, not commercial products. Nothing accessible through HAVEN constitutes medical, legal, or financial advice. All research and AI-generated content is for informational and educational purposes only.

III. Membership

HAVEN membership is open with no cap. Individual services operate on dedicated infrastructure with finite capacity. Active usage slots for specific services may be limited during high demand, with priority given to sustaining contributors. You are joining as a sovereign individual, not a protected consumer.

IV. Conduct

Members agree not to use HAVEN services to harm others, violate others' sovereignty, or engage in illegal activity. HAVEN reserves the right to revoke membership for violations of this agreement or conduct incompatible with the collective's values.

V. AI Research Services

HAVEN hosts experimental AI research tools in active development. By joining HAVEN, you declare that you are a competent adult capable of critically evaluating AI-generated responses. You understand outputs may be incomplete or imperfect. You take full responsibility for how you apply any information received.

VI. Privacy

HAVEN collects only what is necessary to provide services: your username, encrypted credentials, and usage data. We do not sell your data. Conversation data is stored encrypted. You may request deletion of your data at any time.

VII. Acknowledgement

By submitting your application, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms. You are 18 years of age or older. You take full responsibility for your use of HAVEN and all its services.

HAVEN is in active development. Terms will be updated when HAVEN reaches full operation. You will be notified and asked to accept updated terms at that time.
